Hours per Week: 38
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Prepare patients for treatment, helping them feel comfortable and informed
- Take dental X-rays and impressions with precision and care
- Sterilize and organize dental instruments to maintain a clean, safe environment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans
- Schedule patient appointments and manage front-office duties with a smile
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent experience
- Active X-ray certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in orthodontics is a plus
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental procedures and instrument handling
- Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
- Skill in taking digital X-rays and impressions
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Compassionate and patient-focused personality
