Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to help patients maintain healthy smiles
• Take and process dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and follow-up care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience
• Document patient care and update dental records with precision

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin (WI)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach
• Ability to work evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Previous experience as a dental hygienist is preferred, but we welcome new grads with a passion for oral health

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in dental prophylaxis and scaling
• Knowledge of dental radiography (X-rays) and safety protocols
• Familiarity with dental software for charting and records
• Compassionate patient interaction and education
• Attention to detail and infection control standards
