Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform thorough cleanings and oral hygiene assessments
• Take and process dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on best practices for oral health and hygiene
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
• Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure a smooth patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment
