Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Prepare patients for treatment and make them feel comfortable
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Sterilize and organize instruments and treatment rooms
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Qualifications
- Must be orthodontic certified as noted in the job description
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with dental software, ideally Denticon
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, tools, and materials
- Skill in taking dental X-rays and intraoral scans
- Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
