Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Assist dentists during procedures to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work evening shifts
• Previous experience in a dental practice preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency with dental software and electronic health records
• Strong attention to detail and infection control standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
