Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during procedures, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for young patients
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and develop dental X-rays as directed
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and post-visit care
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the dental team as needed

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant certification or state registration (or willing to obtain)
• Experience working with children is a huge plus
• Warm, friendly, and patient-first attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Skill in taking dental radiographs safely
• Strong communication skills with both kids and parents
• Comfort using dental practice management software
