Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to help patients maintain optimal oral health
• Assess patients' oral health conditions and document findings accurately
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) with care and precision
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and overall oral hygiene techniques
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth patient flow
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory following infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude
• Ability to work flexible evening shifts as needed
• New graduates welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
• Proficiency with dental radiography and imaging techniques
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control standards
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
