Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxes to keep smiles healthy
• Assist in periodontal therapy and patient education to promote oral health
• Take and analyze dental X-rays to detect issues early and accurately
• Provide personalized oral hygiene instructions tailored to each patient
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards for a safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Certified in dental radiography (X-ray) for the dental setting
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Familiarity with electronic dental records (EDR) and practice management software
• Understanding of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Skill in educating patients on oral health and preventive care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
