Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform complex clinical laboratory testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology with precision and reliability
• Maintain and document strict quality control procedures to ensure accurate, regulatory-compliant results
• Follow and enforce safety protocols to protect patients and team members in the laboratory
• Process and manage specimens efficiently while multitasking across disciplines in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately record and report test results, troubleshoot instrumentation issues, and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and clinicians to support patient care and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Current, active Nevada State General Supervisor license (required)
• Demonstrated experience performing complex testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain quality control in a fast-paced lab environment
• Strong attention to detail, good documentation practices, and adherence to safety protocols
• Reliable, team-oriented professional comfortable working evening/night shifts

Education
