Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible shifts as needed, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under physician supervision
Assist with procedures and treatments in an ambulatory setting
Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs and medical histories
Administer medications and injections as directed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Previous experience in ambulatory or outpatient care preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Compassionate patient-centered approach
