Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful personal care and support to patients during night shifts
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
• Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, comfortable environment
• Document patient interactions and care accurately and timely in the chart
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — current and in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Ability to pass background check and meet health/immunization requirements
• Comfort working overnight hours and providing hands-on patient care
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

• Completion of an accredited CNA program or equivalent training
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care and ADL assistance
• Accurate vital signs measurement and documentation
• Infection control practices and safe patient handling
• Observational skills to notice and report changes in condition
• Teamwork, time management, and clear communication
