Echo Tech - Per Diem
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Start Date: 07-14-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour shifts, as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality echocardiograms on patients of all ages
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process clearly
- Capture and analyze cardiac images to assist physicians in diagnosis
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe environment
- Document patient information and test results accurately
Qualifications
- Active ARDMS or CCI certification in echocardiography
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in various echo modalities (2D, Doppler, color flow)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and technical aptitude
