Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care by performing dental cleanings and examinations
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and update dental charts
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and treatment rooms

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (required)
• CPR/BLS certification (strongly preferred)
• Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of oral hygiene procedures and preventive care
• Proficiency with dental x-ray equipment and digital imaging
• Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping
• Great interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
