Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy with a gentle touch
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care to promote lifelong dental health
- Capture and process dental X-rays while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Partner with the dentist to deliver exceptional patient care and support treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure exam rooms are sterilized and ready
- Provide outstanding patient experiences by addressing questions and easing anxiety
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous experience in dental hygiene preferred, but new grads with clinical training are welcome to apply
- Strong commitment to infection control and patient safety
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques
- Proficiency in dental radiography (X-ray) and digital imaging
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and patient charting
- Understanding of oral health assessments, periodontal disease, and preventive care
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
