Shift Type: Shift 1 (Day Shift): Saturday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring safety and accuracy
- Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and report concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Maine, or compact state license where applicable
- Current BLS CPR certification
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption
- A valid state or federally issued photo ID for badging
- New graduates and experienced nurses are both encouraged to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and patient monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with electronic health records and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Compassionate and ethical approach to patient care
