Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care with thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care to promote lifelong dental health
• Capture and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Partner with the dentist during procedures and maintain a clean, sterile environment
• Document patient treatments and update dental histories accurately
• Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a dental practice is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency in dental software for patient records and charting
• Skilled in taking dental X-rays with attention to safety
• Strong patient education and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on infection control protocols
