Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures to ensure seamless operations and optimal patient outcomes
Prepare operating rooms with precision and efficiency for every case
Maintain sterile environments and equipment to uphold the highest safety standards
Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver exceptional care during critical moments
Support post-operative processes to promote swift patient recovery

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Operating Room Technician (ORT) certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience in the OR setting
Current BLS certification
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Education

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
Knowledge of OR protocols and patient safety standards
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Adaptability to varying surgical specialties
