Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM with call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in high-stakes CVOR procedures like CABG, TAVR and VATS to save lives
Circulate seamlessly in the OR ensuring smooth operations
Maintain sterile fields and equipment for optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with RNs and surgical teams in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
Document meticulously using Meditech to support exceptional care

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST/ORT) with at least 1-2 years of CVOR experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
RN circulating experience is a huge plus

Education

Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiovascular operating room procedures
Proficient in sterile technique and OR instrumentation
Strong team player with attention to patient safety
Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
