Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions that support business goals and a positive workplace culture
• Lead day-to-day HR activities such as onboarding, employee relations, and policy guidance with empathy and clarity
• Coordinate talent processes including recruiting support, interview coordination, and new-hire integration
• Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Support benefits administration and connect employees with the resources they need
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources or a related non-clinical HR role
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across distributed teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with leaders and employees
• Experience handling employee relations, onboarding, and HR administrative processes
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite preferred
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification is a plus

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Relevant HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law basics, and compliance requirements
• Skilled at conflict resolution, active listening, and providing constructive coaching
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Comfort with process documentation, reporting, and improving HR workflows
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a contract role
