Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Perform reliable vital sign checks and report changes to the nursing team
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and observations
Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control best practices
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and clinical staff
Contribute to a positive team environment and help ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Previous experience as a CNA or in direct patient care is a plus
Able to pass background check, drug screen, and required onboarding
Strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with basic patient care skills and ADLs
Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
Familiarity with infection control and patient safety practices
Basic charting and documentation skills
Good teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills
