Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Take and document vital signs accurately and communicate changes to the care team
• Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility support to prevent falls
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control protocols
• Document care and observations in the patient record clearly and promptly
• Support nursing staff during treatments and procedures to ensure patient comfort

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
• Comfortable with patient lifting and physical aspects of care

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in basic patient care: bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Ability to accurately measure and report vital signs
• Familiarity with infection prevention and safety procedures
• Competent documentation skills and basic charting
• Team-oriented with good time management and observation skills
