Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, comfortable environment
• Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
• Offer emotional support and respectful interaction to patients and families

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain promptly
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to patient-centered care

Education

• CNA certification (state-approved program) and high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient hygiene and safe transfer techniques
• Basic vital signs monitoring and reporting
• Infection control and proper PPE usage
• Time management and prioritizing patient needs during shift
• Compassionate bedside manner and clear communication
