Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to patients, supporting dignity and comfort
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the care team
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices
• Document patient care in a timely, clear, and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, patients, and families
• Support patient transfers and positioning with safe body mechanics

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset
• Ability to pass standard background checks and health screenings

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic nursing care and patient hygiene practices
• Accurate vital signs collection and documentation
• Infection prevention and safe patient handling techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
• Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
