Location: Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, evening shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Support mealtime assistance and safe feeding practices
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Ability to provide dependable, patient-centered care
Comfortable performing physical tasks associated with resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and ADL assistance
Safe transfer and mobility techniques
Observation and reporting of patient status
Familiarity with infection prevention and safety practices
Compassionate interpersonal skills and professionalism
