Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem nights, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (days of week not specified)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with mobility, bathing, dressing, and grooming while preserving dignity
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
Support safe and clean patient environments by following infection control practices
Collaborate with nurses and care staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
Communicate clearly and kindly with residents and their families to build trust

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Class: CNA) — required
Comfortable working per diem night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to follow facility policies and work collaboratively with a care team

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and ADL assistance
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Infection control and safe handling procedures
Clear verbal and written communication with patients and staff
Teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced care environment
