Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and proper use of assistive devices
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts
Support a positive and respectful environment for patients and families
Adhere to infection control procedures and facility safety policies

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (state certification required)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance
Familiarity with basic clinical documentation and charting
Understanding of infection control and safety practices
Comfortable assisting with transfers and use of lifting equipment
Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
