Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep them safe and comfortable
• Take and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes to the nursing team
• Assist with meals and feeding, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment while following infection prevention protocols
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team to support personalized resident care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Must be able to provide state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented with a resident-first mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Attention to detail and the ability to notice changes in residents' conditions
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude when caring for others
