Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on patient plans
• Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and treatments
• Document care accurately and maintain patient records

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
• Current BLS certification (healthcare provider)
• Pediatric or acute care experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and treatment modalities
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to quality, safety, and patient comfort
