Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate speech, language, and swallowing assessments for pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Empower families with strategies and resources to support communication at home
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
• Create fun, engaging therapy sessions that help children reach their goals

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Skill in administering standardized assessments and interpreting results
• Ability to design creative, motivating therapy activities for children
• Comfort with electronic medical records and documentation
• A compassionate, family-centered approach to care
