Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being
• Document patient progress and vital signs with meticulous attention to detail
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes

Qualifications

• A current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
• A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion and empathy for patients and families
