Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans, CTAs, and portable X-ray exams on a mixed adult and pediatric population
• Provide imaging coverage for the ER, inpatient units, and occasional outpatient cases
• Operate Siemens CT and X-ray equipment, including the Somatom GoUP and Mobilett Elara Max
• Work independently on nights while collaborating with ER and ancillary departments
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS
• Ensure high-quality images while prioritizing patient safety and comfort

Qualifications

• Must be a certified X-ray technologist with ARRT (R) certification
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CT and X-ray
• Advanced knowledge of all CT exams (CT certification not required but strongly preferred)
• Valid driver's license required at submittal
• Experience with EPIC and McKesson is a plus
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the care team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in CT, CTA, and portable X-ray imaging
• Strong understanding of Siemens imaging equipment and Bracco injector
• Comfortable working with adult and pediatric patients
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment
