Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and recovery processes
• Maintain a safe and healing environment, adhering to infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of critical care nursing practices and protocols
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and monitoring equipment
• Excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Effective teamwork and patient advocacy
• Strong interpersonal skills to support patients and families
