Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor vital signs and telemetry readings, responding quickly to changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and aftercare
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications

• Current and active California RN license
• Experience in med-surg or telemetry nursing preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and telemetry monitoring
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate bedside manner, time management, and adaptability
