Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients presenting with urgent medical needs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Provide patient education on health conditions and follow-up care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and promptly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Experience in urgent care, emergency, or ambulatory care setting preferred
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and triage skills
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and minor procedure assistance
• EKG interpretation and monitoring
• Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
