Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation
• Operate and maintain automated analyzers including Sysmex, STAGO, Siemens RapidLab, TEG, and ROTEM
• Review and verify test results for accuracy and timely delivery to support patient care
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and perform quality control to ensure reliable outcomes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to interpret results and address concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the Core Laboratory

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) via ASCP or Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) via ASCP
• 2+ years of experience in a core laboratory setting
• Experience with EPIC Beaker charting system
• Familiarity with automated analyzers and generalist lab work
• No BLS certification required - just your strong lab skills

• Core Laboratory operations and quality control
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and teamwork
