Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with standards
• Adapt quickly to new environments and protocols to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in patient assessment and clinical judgment
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Expertise in medication administration and IV therapy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs
• Cultural sensitivity and patient advocacy
