Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore their function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Accurately document all therapy services in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians in line with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and patient assessment
• Comprehensive knowledge of treatment planning and rehabilitation techniques
• Skilled in direct patient care and therapeutic interventions
• Proficient in documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Strong interpersonal and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
• Supervision and mentoring experience with support staff
