Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Perform thorough assessments and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans
• Adapt quickly to new settings and protocols, ensuring continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to different units and patient populations

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care standards
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective time management and prioritization
• Compassionate bedside manner and patient advocacy
