Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in Vermont (or compact state)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work every other weekend
• COVID-19 vaccinated or approved exemption
• Minimum 1 year of LNA experience preferred

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Team player with a positive attitude
