Location: Tacoma, Washington

Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform independent bedside swallow evaluations and follow-up care
- Conduct communication evaluations and provide ongoing treatment
- Administer outpatient standardized testing with precision and care
- Deliver therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with rehab aides and interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
Qualifications
- Current CCC-SLP certification required
- BLS certification required
- COVID vaccine required
- Ability to work independently in both acute inpatient and outpatient environments
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with post-concussion, CVA, TBI, and head & neck cancer patients
- Comfortable floating between multiple hospital campuses
- Skilled in both acute inpatient and outpatient speech therapy
- Strong clinical judgment for Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center settings
