Location: Caldwell, Texas

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
- Deliver wound care when needed and support patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and debility
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to ensure seamless patient care
- Precept students or new staff as opportunities arise
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license
- National PT license
- BLS certification
- Wound care experience is a plus but not required
- Comfort working in both inpatient and outpatient environments
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Experience with general ortho, neuro, wound care, and debility cases
- Ability to manage a mixed caseload of 7 treatment hours per day
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach with nursing and therapy colleagues
