Location: Merced, California

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10-hour shifts available
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to patients across the lifespan
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans
- Support patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions
- Provide care in both inpatient acute and outpatient settings, including home health as needed
- Contribute to early mobility programs and stroke-certified care initiatives
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist license required
- BLS certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Comfortable floating between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient and inpatient physical therapy expertise
- Geriatric and orthopedic patient care
- Neurological and pulmonary rehabilitation
- Early mobility program experience
- Cerner electronic medical records
