Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Masterfully manage ventilators including PB840, PB980, BiPAP V60, Hamilton C1, and MR1 to support critically ill patients
Perform bedside bronchoscopy procedures with precision and care
Conduct arterial blood gas analysis to guide life-saving treatments
Deliver exceptional respiratory care in a fast-paced MSICU and CVICU environment
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 7-8 staff members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

2+ years of respiratory therapy experience
BLS certification required
RRT credential
Ability to thrive independently in a dynamic unit

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise with advanced ventilation equipment
Proficiency in Meditech documentation system
Strong independent functioning in high-acuity settings
Comfortable with patient ratios up to 6 vents
