Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Direct physical therapy services and supervise department operations with confidence
Administer prescribed physical agents to help patients regain strength and mobility
Coordinate patient care ensuring safety and optimal outcomes every step of the way
Perform thorough assessments across all age groups and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families fostering empowerment in their recovery journey
Maintain equipment and department standards for a safe, efficient environment
Collaborate with physicians and teams to deliver exceptional rehabilitative care

Qualifications

Current California licensure as a physical therapist
BCLS certification
Three or more years of experience preferred
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Current California licensure or certification as a physical therapist

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy modalities
Anatomy and physiology
Disease processes
Infection control and sterile techniques
Microsoft Office applications
Additional languages a plus
