Shift Type: Three 12-hour NOC shifts weekly, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical emergency care to patients in fast-paced ER setting
Assess and stabilize urgent cases with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to save lives daily
Monitor patient progress and advocate for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active CA RN license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency room expertise
Quick decision-making under pressure
Strong patient assessment abilities
Team collaboration in high-stress environments
