Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful individual, group, and family psychotherapy to support client recovery
- Provide emergency services and crisis intervention with compassion and expertise
- Offer consumer support services and community education to empower those you serve
- Conduct consultation services and information referrals to strengthen community mental health
- Use your skills in mental health therapeutic techniques for direct client services that make a real difference
Qualifications
- Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW or MHP
- At least 2 years experience in treating consumers in mental health programs
- Qualify per WAC 246-341-0515 for specialties like children, elderly, developmental disabilities, minorities, hearing impaired, or emergency services
Education
- Masters Degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of mental health therapeutic techniques and direct client services
- Understanding of community issues affecting mental health programs
- Good judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision
