Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to neuro stepdown patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met
Contribute to a healing environment that makes a real difference

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Experience in neuro stepdown or similar unit preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical assessment skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Neuro stepdown patient management
IV therapy and medication administration
Patient monitoring and telemetry
Effective communication with patients and families
Critical thinking in fast-paced settings
