Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM day shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents to improve their mobility and independence
- Develop personalized treatment plans that help patients reach their goals
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for holistic patient care
- Document progress accurately to track successes and adjustments
- Participate in care conferences to drive quality improvements
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license required
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
