Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, 12-hour shifts, scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float seamlessly between medical, surgical acute, and cardiovascular units to provide top-notch patient care
Master equipment like Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes to make a real difference
Deliver compassionate nursing during 12-hour night shifts, ensuring every patient feels supported
Adapt quickly to varying nurse-to-patient ratios and unit needs for impactful outcomes

Qualifications

Active Hawaii RN license required by start of assignment
BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory, PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, or ENPC preferred
2-10 years of nursing experience to bring your expertise to the team

Education

RN licensure from the State of Hawaii

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR, Pyxis medication dispensing, wound vac systems, and chest tubes
Experience floating across medical units, Laulima surgical acute, and cardiovascular areas
Strong adaptability for night shifts and varying patient ratios
