Location: Caldwell, TX

End Date: 08-31-2026

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver impactful therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat 7 hours of patients daily with general cases like fractures, ortho injuries, and neuro
Provide wound care support while mastering diverse diagnoses
Collaborate with PTAs, techs, and staff PTs for optimal patient outcomes
Contribute to a supportive rehab team in a critical access facility

Qualifications

Active Texas and national Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
IP/OP experience preferred, wound care a plus

Education

Physical Therapist licensure (Texas and national)
BLS certification

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ortho, neuro, debility, and general rehab
Wound care skills
Patient handling across SNF, acute inpatient, and outpatient
